@Betts You shouldn' t talk like that to the people: I have insert a screenshot and it says"cannot connect to App Store. So you should be quiet Next time dont speak what you dont know And as lot of people has the same issue, it is not normal and no one fix that issue

I have same issue and it is recent one week ago, since beginning of February: there is a spinning wheel when I need to get one help and shows spinning wheel as I must show in next screenshot. It asks also to be connected to app store that it is done but I am already connected
