No idea. I tried reporting under the contact us Events topic and they kicked it back with a generic nonanswer. I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it and get a connection error when I try to log back in. It shows my profile pic but all of my boosters are missing and the winter overlay is gone with the events.…
