They are already losing their credibility. Soon people will abandon the game coz I see no reason why you have to keep paying for something that is fun which won't add value to your life or income to your bank account. It's stupid

I thought as much. It wasn't automated but I supposed at first a related response was forwarded. I mailed them back to confirm if it was automated, a new message was sent that aligned with my fresh question I'll attach the screenshot if possible.
