Ok well I deleted then reloaded and have only lost about 20 places but it’s ok. I used my king account/ profile to retrieve data and that’s the end result. Thanks for your tour it went better than I anticipated

The game is installed as an app on my apple iPhone the option is to delete not uninstall. If I delete I’m pretty sure I’ll be having to start from the beginning. I’ve made some changes to my background app refresh settings so I’ll let y’all know what happens over the next 24 hours

Thanks Mary Kay, Ive tried to tap on my profile bottom then use email or Facebook but either way is saying there’s a connection error. It’s been like this for at least 6-8 weeks and it’s beyond a joke. It’s far better to offer support via phone for these types of issues.

Hi Crazy Cat Lad, when I try to save/ backup/ link to Facebook I have the same connection error problem and it won’t save etc so if I delete I’m pretty sure I’ll be starting from the beginning or maybe as far back as the last time it did update
