I did eventually pass this level but am seeing a similar flaw in other levels. What seems to be happening is the game is stealing moves. In this 1079 level, ingredients drop at certain moves. Even buying 5 extra lives, it never appeared. That said, out of the 50 moves for that level, it skips moves multiple times and it gives you only about 35 moves. Went from 36-34 moves in one move. At one point I watched it go from 8 moves to one move by using only 3 moves. Noticed this on a few levels now as well. 

Having what is likely the same issue. Upon further investigation, I skip right past the 35 move and again multiple times throughout. Out of my 50 moves, I only get about 40 and I think it misses the designated ingredient drops.
