Exactly what I want to know. It's been crashing at least 3 weeks. I've done a hard reset, doesn't work. It takes lives and any boosters with each crash. What the heck. Same here, I don't want to lose my boosters or lives either! There is obviously a major problem but they don't want to admit it....or fix it either!…

Exactly what I want to know. It's been crashing at least 3 weeks. I've done a hard reset, doesn't work. It takes lives and any boosters with each crash. What the heck. Totally agree, I haven't been able to play for 2 weeks, even with the two latest updates. I'm peeved off as you get no real help......or bug fixes.

There's no issues my end with the app :) Do you need to update the tablet OS as well? If your game is sync'd up with facebook or kingdom and you don't mind losing your boosters then you can also try deleting the app and installing from fresh. Everything is up to date!! And yes! I do mind losing ALL my boosters! I can play…

The game saves your levels/purchases via Facebook or the Kingdom part of the game but the free items don't get saved. I remember seeing a comment from King somewhere…

Hi Deb! If you had the game connected to Facebook the all your levels will be stored there. All you need to do is to connect to Facebook again.
