Make sure that you have enough memory of your device. Don't run other applications in the background. Re-install the game and then restart the device.. this should work :) Let me know how you get on.

What level are you on in Facebook (on the PC?) if it is the correct level then sign out of FB on the app, restart your mobile and try to log in again (make sure that you have a strong wifi connection) you should then see your levels again.. good luck!

I know some people create a separate Facebook account for their games. You can join the Facebook page of Candy Crush Saga where loads of players and fans will help you out :)

I had this problem a few weeks ago. I tried it on my phone and tablet and it worked. Once I had the help I needed I then continued to play on Facebook. I hope this helps you in the meantime until the problem is fixed :)

I managed to pass the road blocks on my mobile and then I continued to play on Facebook. I hope this helps in the meantime :)

Try restarting your phone. Make sure that you have the latest version of the game installed. A strong wifi connection will also be needed. Hopefully you can restore the Facebook connection then :) Good luck.

I would try restarting my mobile. Also it could be a problem with the wifi. So unplug the router for 20 seconds and then plug it in again, hopefully you should be able to connect again then. Let us know how you get on :)
