my friends are not recieving my requests for help to move to the next level. I have sent them at lest 5 times each day for over 2 weeks. They get and send lives but not help requests

I had this problem a few weeks ago. I tried it on my phone and tablet and it worked. Once I had the help I needed I then continued to play on Facebook. I hope this helps you in the meantime until the problem is fixed
The game can only send 1 request/message a day I think, I read it in a little pop up message once. Well, I think maybe only the 1 gets through, I'm not sure. Try clearing out your browser cache, tell your friends to do the same. Then try to send the requests again.
