Thank you Baz...I will give this a try I tried what Baz said...used my hammers but there is still a third cherry to clear but no moves left. The blockers should not be there

Don't have an answer yet. But am having the same exact problem. Care is supposedly looking into it. It has taken 4 days to get a real person, rather than generic responses. Will let you know if I get a resolve. Thanks for answering...so I will wait and keep trying

yes. I had the same wrong board and battled with it. After many days I cleared the 5 keys and luckily got 2 coloured balls which I combined.
