My screen is showing me I can claim a prize on the wheel but it isn't apprearing.

My messages envelope is always open/empty. I have requested lives dozens of times in daily play and never received any, and there is no way for me to send lives, nor do I ever receive requests for lives. I have updated my app and that didn't change anything. This was not the case when I played in the past. What has changed?

I am afraid something is wrong that I never, ever get requests for lives. I had to restart my app as a new user (starting all the way back at level 1!) a few minths ago after a different issue and since then, I have had NO requests.
