my ads play and don’t give a reward even thought they say reward granted. They are broken 100 percent of the time on my phone but work on my iPad. How do you fix this?

none of my ads give regards anymore. They say reward granted and then don’t give the reward. The only way out if the ad is to x out which shuts the curtains and sometimes that doesn’t work and i have to restart the app.

all of my ads say reward granted but then you can’t x out of them and have to restart the app to just play again.
