I have played this game for 5 years and am on level 4603. i have not won the jackpot once. I have become very disillusioned with it everytime i see it on the screen. I have this issue as well. It is extremely frustrating. (as is a comment like did you swipe the other way!!) we are on level 4603, and know most of the tricks. I can confirm that there has not been a fix to this.
