Don't suppose you have Jailbreak on your iPod do you? If you've already done all of the troubleshooting, reinstalled and done a factory reset as well, It's probably a lost cause. Yeah, I know, but I was hoping they'd test it better for iOS 6 in the next update and no, no jailbreak
