I am sorry to hear that, Shuzuko. Do you use a Mac? If you do, you may have a newer model, as I have. You can't use Safari. Try Firefox. I have a newer Mac, and it works for me. Good luck, and Happy New Year!

Thanks, arterie. I'm happy with Firefox. It doesn't slow things down, either. I just have to switch things around. A little extra time, but it's better than nothing.

I'm playing on a new iMac (macOS Monterey, Version 12.0.1 operating system). I'm able to access king.com on Firefox but not on Safari nor on Chrome. I have some heavy-duty antivirus software. Could that be a problem?

I spoke too soon! I just tried Safari. I can't log in. I jumped the gun.

Try Firefox. I have Safari, but I can't access King. On Firefox, I have no problem.

Hello, again! I just was able to log in on my iPad2, using Safari.

Well, it was fun while it lasted! I upgraded to Mac OS 12.0.1 so now I can't get on king.com where I was before. I can't get on Safari, but I was able to get on with Firefox. So, I have rejoined the large group of people who are wondering what is happening!

That already happened to me. It was so frustrating! So, I tried Firefox and was able to log in to my account. Thank you for your advice.
