Many thanks for your suggestions Alienscar. I've tried doing as the help centre suggested but unfortunately it doesn't work. I'll have another go at contacting King again tomorrow and see if I can get a better response. I've taken a screenshot of my registration number in case I need it in future but I'm not optimistic☹️…

Anyone got any ideas on how I make contact with a human being at King as I assume the responses are AI generated and it doesn't have the answer. So frustrating as I have been playing for years and am on level 11161 so would be devastated to lose my progress!

Thank you for your response. I have tried what you suggest several times but because I can no longer access the email address my game is registered with it doesn't work . I can't see the email so that I can respond to the links.
