I'm not aware of a general problem with this level so it looks like it is something to do with your device or browser. Have you run through the troubleshooting guide in FAQs (link at the bottom of this page)? This level needs to be looked at and revised, it super difficult to drop all the items on PC but on the mobile and tablet version it seems fine and all drop. Try from one of those if you can, you'll see what I mean. I only have a PC to play on too :-(

Hi Cheetahcatus! Do you have the game on your mobile? If yes, then please try playing the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to Facebook and you should now be able to advance without any issues. Cheers :-) I cannot play the game on a mobile as I don't have one
