Hi Georgie! Nokia 625 is a Windows Mobile phone, right? Try rebooting the mobile. Did you connect the game to Facebook? If yes, then all your progress is restored there and you could try an un-install/re-install followed by a re-connect to Facebook to see if that could solve the matter.
