Cleared safari but it is still the same. Someone posted there is currently a problem with Ipad players. I guess I just have to wait to see if it will work later, it has been for two days so far. Dare not try to back up in case boosters disappear. Thank you for your reply.

My Ipad is updated. Sorry for the multiple questions. Is the only option to uninstall and restall? Then I will lose all my boosters.Rebooted many times too.
