Can you explain why this decision has been made and the benefits it?

So now we are not receiving lives anymore. As I can't send lives to friends, I understand why I'm not get any back. Out of curiosity, what will King do next to make us all give up on this game? I know I won't be giving them another penny while it's so unplayable. I pop on, use my 6 or 7 lives then leave.

It makes me wonder if any other businesses gat away with treating their customers with such contempt!

Something we have already got used to? We didn't have any choice, we are not used to it we are stuck with it! The bug isn't fixed for me either, I've not been able to claim any lives for over 24 hours. Are we ever going to get and answer to the question? How are we supposed to use lives that we have been given with this ridiculous limit on it?

I hope someone can explain the lives limit. If we get sent 20 lives a day for example, how are we expected to ever use them? This seem like a totally pointless change to the game! **ETA this as also showing as an answered question but it hasn't been. The question that was answered isn't the one that was asked

This is happening to me too, it shows it's been completed but I get no rewards and when I go back after playing, the score has gone down only for it to go back up to show me I have completed it again! It's very frustrating!
