I agree. I am new to the game and want to know what some of the boosters do, but the pop up disappears too quick.

Do not waste your boosters on this level. You can get rid of the blockers, if you spend enough boosters, but the fruit on the right is likely to get stuck there. King will fix it sooner or later, and we can move on.
