@Pitty_Kitty Update on 1/17, after updating to the most recent Windows 11 update (adding AI tools and security), and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat which was corrupted after the Windows update. I was able to sign in with my email and everything is back where it should be. Gotadimple.

Fixed! Reset the app in Windows settings. Login using email credentials to make any changes to profile info. Shut down the computer. Start up the computer. Thanks for no attention to this problem.
