That's an awesome idea @Elsa! I'll go check it out shortly and add my idea about incorporating the free spin video boosters on the computer version of the game Candy Crush Sega & other games where applicable. I'm sure other ideas will pop up as well, and if so, I'll be sure to add them to the idea site😊

Hi @Elsa, they've made some enhancements on the booster videos and its been working great for the past couple of weeks for me. However, no video boosters as an option on my laptop, just on my Android phone & tablet. Gregg

Hi @Elsa, I thought so also but now the play booster button never shows up anymore on my J7 Pro. So who knows?

In fact, today all the videos played in Candy Crush Sega with "no" "Video Not Available" error message on my Samsung J7 Pro...the one I had been experiencing this issue since around October 2018.…

Hi Everyone, I too have a backup J7 Prime and videos had always played fine. I also have a Samsung Tablet (Galaxy Note 8.0) where the videos play fine. Just they're not always playing on my J7 Pro, so something is going on. Not sure if its a setting or an issue within the game(s) itself. Hopefully we'll get an update on…

Hi @JCLM, Have you tried on other devices? Eitherway, I've added @Elsa to this thread who should be able to provide you with further guidance/insight on you inquiry. BTW: The video option only shows up on my Android devices; I don't recall ever seeing this option on my Toshiba Laptop. Gregg

Hi RRudolphu2, I agree! I wish I knew another way to contact them and inquire about if there's an upcoming resolution/fix to this issue!
