New Candy Crush Jelly Levels are added today, but the problem with level 1617 is still not resolved! After spreading all the jellies, the game does not allow further moves but does not complete either. I play with PC/Facebook/Chrome. Pls help....

Hi nicholchan, by resetting the browser, you mean chrome>more tools>clear browsing data...right? Doesn't work for me.

Cezdiamond said there might be a problem with HK. I am located in HK, so I tried to play it using the standard VPN in Opera. It worked!! Loading is very slow, including the levels, but the play itself is OK. Try it guys...

Dear Elsa, same Candy Crush loading problem for all 4 browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge. And I just tried a few other Facebook ids and all have the same problem. So it seems to have nothing to do with account or game progress. I played Candy Crush Jelly and I found no problem. Logon just now and everything is fine.
