Hi Jerri, unfortunately King cannot reimburse or replace the lost lives. Not only are ALL my 82 lives gone. I have asked friends for them and they are not getting my request. Please, please fix this. My friends are not getting the lives that I send them either. What's up with that?

I am having the same problem. It will not load at all. I've tried everything King recommends and still not working. I hope they can fix it soon. It is very irratateing

I reported that Didi is not working yesterday and she is still is not working today. Hope I get some of the rewards back anyway.
