Thank you for the help. I was finally able to get Farm Heroes and Soda to load properly by uninstalling and reinstalling after an hour.

I tried that. With both games, neither will sync.

Already tried that. We have a tablet, a laptop , a pc and an ipad that are all synced. My old phone died 2 days ago and the new one won't sync. Starting at 1 when I am on 3200+ is not where I want to be. Please help. Nothing has worked so far.

I have had the same email address for at least 15 years. I just changed my password, at your request and now the log in won't recognize it. Can't you do something on your end to sync these accounts?

I don't see an answer. I have been playing these games for years on my PC, tablet and old Samsung phone. Now with a new phone it has made me start from the beginning of each game. Please help. Email is still the same.
