I don't have the Milestone Badge option in my Facebook account of Candy Crush, but I do have it in my iPhone App of Candy Crush. You might want to check if your phone Candy Crush App has that option for you.

I have a similar problem on Level 10947. But this is a problem for many other Levels too. Did the developers ever respond to this problem? Seems kind of unfair to make people spend so much more to buy extra moves and boosters.

What I did was to have a striped candy that went through the "colored" spot on the bottom middle of the playing board. This will cause the opposite side from which the striped candy piece crossed to become "colored." Then go from there to color more of the pieces.
