After almost a year from when I posted this, this still hasn't been fixed :/

I went back to play this one and yikes it's tough... It used to have 20 moves, then got changed to 18, then recently got changed to 14. Now it's extremely hard without boosters and requires insane luck. I played it about 50 times with no luck :( Sorry I couldn't help but I hope you'll beat it soon!

I'm not sure when it was changed, but they lowered the target scores for this level now! It's now super easy to get three stars :)

Yes. I just wish they could have changed the board to still have the 2k, like level 1000's selective redesign with bubblegum pop, but they made it into a level that looks nothing like a milestone level. And now level 7000 has changed?! :/

Can you do it then? It's almost impossible to get cascades with the board being so small. A ton of boosters would be required which isn't fair. They changed the level and it used to be a lot easier to get three stars when the board was bigger and had much lower target scores, but now it seems impossible. Go ahead and see…
