My issues are still unresolved. Losing interest in this game!!

Ive been having this error message as well and I haven't been able to see my profile picture. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the game app but unfortunately lost all my boosters and current game progress except gold bars. See screen shots. Is it possible to have these reinstated, as I have worked very hard for these?
