Hi Judy, I think what might be happening is that when you bring the computer back to factory specs the game is automatically loaded. You need to go to the Microsoft store (shopping bag icon) and search for the game and install it from there. It should bring you back to your current level. Also after installing if it's not…

No it will not progress me to the next level. I do not get an end level message. I keep replaying 1910 hoping it will work out whatever bugs but it's not.
