I haven't seen Sugar drops and item bot almost one month. In this corner, I read some people said they got back them. How can I get them back? Has anyone get them?

I'm on 6567. Because of the stop of sugar candy and item bot, my boosgers are very small. Yet, when I try to play 6567 without boosters, always Tiffi comes up and say "Oops!" and the game is ended without any movement. I had 5 lives and it happened 5 times. I think it's so mean!

I have the same problem just now. See Support please.

I'm playing on a PC, Windows 10 through FB. I'll put a couple of photos. Soon after I click the play button of the first one, the second one comes up and then soon turn to the 3rd one, 4th one. In the second one, I can see some candies that I can move. Can you figure out the problem?

I restarted my laptop where I'm playing, but it didin't work. So how can I seek a way out?

Did you experience on 6567 too?

Please let me know. On my computer, shugar track hasn't started since yesterday, more than 16 hours have already passed though. Again, I can't gain any item in the item bot even if I win the level.

Oh, not only me! Reliived! I'm on 6549 and can't get sugar drops for two days. I was wondering if my device had any trouble. If they don't resume sugar drops, I won't be able to continue. Kings, do you want us to leave???
