Am loathe to reinstall as, when I have tried this in the past, I have lost any rewards I have earned & then will have to wait and see if I'm assigned any friends. So... it could be a lose, lose situation. Not to worry, the world's not going to end over a game. Thanks for all your time and help with this.

Thanks for trying. I did contact Support a couple of weeks back but they couldn't do anything so it would appear that I'm stuck where I am. Thank you anyway.

I've constantly tried logging out and in again but to no avail I'm afraid. Also... any idea why my 'finish' disappears when I reach the square just before it? Means I have no chance of winning any gold.Has happened on the last 5-6 occasions. Could it be because I have no friends to compete with?

Thank you for your comments. I do ask my team mates for lives and will try the chat area. How do I disconnect from the King account, restart and connect back without losing any of the rewards I've collected? Regards.
