Good morning, I am really sorry but this is an issue that Facebook needs to help fix too. Please try only having the one tab open in total. (Even none Facebook sites) and try using a different browser, sometimes it does help. The team are trying to fix it.

Apologies, the trouble is it's harder to fix when it's not just a king issue. The team are working on it though. Suggestions are only having the Facebook tab open that you are playing the game on. No other tabs at all, not even not FB related... and try using the Edge browser if you haven't already. It's worked for some. 🤞
