You need to click on the cog on the main page and go to the help centre. Find the issue closest to what you have and it will give you a link to contact the team at the bottom of the page 😉

You've only got one player ID? See the team can see exactly how many bars you have and how many before they sent them and after and what they were spent on. On rare occasions sometimes they don't go through straight away but they can see that too. ive asked anyway just got to wait till they see it 😉

I'll double check but it might just be that you're not getting the pop up when they arrive.

Ah I see. It seems to be a problem that happens occasionally but not a lot now. Our farm manager said the best thing to do is contact support from within your game as they will be the best to help you 🤗

To which part? Not everyone gets the mystery mountain now at the same time depending on which player group you are in. The duplicate tabs part is a facebook issue. There were suggestions to hopefully help in the link I gave you.
