I am commenting as a player reading the thread and who plays candy and not a mod as this isn't my area. But you are being offensive. Using Caps lock is harder to read. It is also the text equivilent of being shouted at. So you are shouting at the community. Its not polite and is considered bad mannered and rude to use that…

Not really. Money aside, I like to just get on and play the game. If I am stuck on a level and that comes up, I have to wait while it loads, lose the level and wait while it kicks me out again. I did choose to play it, at times when I hadn't used all my lives, or was on my last life or stuck on a level.

Good afternoon @idahoshar you can still play on mobile devices or windows 10 while Facebook has lost the games, you just will not be able to connect with Facebook. They are working on a fix to bring them back, but it seems many areas of Facebook are being a pain today!

They will help you, but it's better to contact directly from within the game as they have all the additional information they need directly. They don't need to ask then 😉

They are usually fairly quick with issues like this, the trouble is when using a third party platform (Facebook) it's something that has to be fixed dependent on both sides. So I'd assume that there are complications for it to be off this long. You can still play on the w10app or mobiles, you just cannot log in.

@keshavrf we only use that link for players who don't play on devices. When they play on devices they need to contact player support from WITHIN the game itself as it will also tell the team all the technical items they need to know as well. 😉
