Hi and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. They said it had a high pass rate so if you are still stuck, they suggested you contact player support from within the game to see if its something causing the issue of you not being able to pass.

Hi @Rustys54 were you using Facebook or the Kingdom? There were some issues with Facebook a while back and we were advising players to sync up a new kingdom account (if you didn't already have one) with facebook account so that your progress is saved, but you log in with email instead.
