I can understand everybody's frustration but I don't know why a lot of players are saving up 125 free boosters for example. I can't think of any time in the game where I'm gonna need 40/50 of each booster to pass a level. The levels can be passed without any boosters, that's a confirmation from King. So with the daily…

This has now happened twice to me as well, on Android devices. It is very aggravating. Although it keeps me at the correct level, it also gives messages about Sugar Drops and Dreamtime which I got long ago. This is SO discouraging!!!! Why bother to collect boosters if the game is just going to take them away??

This happens to me, too. Sometimes I am legitimately away from WiFi, other times I'm sitting right beside the router. At this point I am resigned to kissing those boosters goodbye.

On my Android tablet, the bug was fixed as of this morning. Yay!

OK, I am happy to report that on the most recent update the glitch appears to be fixed! Hurray!!!!

This is a problem on all levels with UFOs, at least on Android for the last 1-2 weeks. There have been multiple complaints about it on this board, but no response. The only current solution is to play on PC with FB, as far as I know.

No, Combo, that's not the right level, it's a much lower one, but I forget which one. Basically you need a lot of horizontal stripes and wrapped/striped combos. CB/striped are very helpful. Once you get two CB's in a row in the middle section, combine them, which also helps a lot. P.S. Level 3 is even harder.

There have been several questions on this issue in the past couple of days, so I assume it is due to a bug in a recent update. Apparently it happens only on mobile, so people who play on FB/desktop are going there for these levels. I only play on mobile so I am totally stuck on 847.

BTW, I did contact Customer Care about this, and from what I can tell King could not possible care less about this issue. Very clear that no one reads the communications sent to them.
