From your first picture that is what mine looks like on my computer. It is gray until you click on it and then it should open with all your lives. Have you clicked on it yet and have you seen the extra lives that you received? I accidentally marked this as solved - it is not solved.

Sorry for the delay on my part as well. I tried what you suggested on both my devices, but it didn’t work. I’m assuming by clearing the history, you mean swipe away all the open programs. I went a step further though, and cleared the web history as well. I took a screen shot, but I’m not sure how to upload it here.
