Hello Freddy, I play on a PC. Here is a screen shot. On the left hand side, there are 2 games appearing which I don't play. I receive requests for help for those games but not from Candy crush. But forget it, it's not important. My main concern is about receiving lives 🙂

 @Bearwithme : thanks for your answer. In fact, I made a mistake. I'm not stuck at a level. I cannot get to the next episode because Candy crush saga players do not receive my numerous requests for help since several months !There is clearly a bug somewhere ...

Players on Candy crush saga do not receive my messages ! But they do on other games such as Bubble witch ...

Hi Redskins 1, I have the same problem since weeks. I asked for help from King.com but their answer didn't solve it. They gave me indications as if I were playing through Facebook which is NOT the case. I play on my computer and on king.com.I'm really looking for an adequate answer !

Hi Laurence! You don't need to be connected to Facebook. If you want to save your progress and highscores online then King.com does it for you :-) Cheers I must admit my reaction wasn't appropriate. I DON'T WANT TO BE SYNCHRONIZED WITH FB !!!!!! I UNDERSTAND THERE'S A MOVE TO A KIND OF "JOINT VENTURE". YOU WILL LOOSE AT LEAST ONE PLAYER ON KING GAMES. Dommage :(
