Hi, @speiem it sounds like you are or another Candy Crush game and not Candy Crush Soda? Since we do not have around 6000 levels out in Soda, we have around 4500. Hi @speiem , we release new levels on friday's in the Candy Crush Soda game. Are you playing the candy Crush game or Candy crush Soda one? Android and iOS recieved level 4570 on Candy Crush soda last friday.

Hi @shanda0413 We currently have over 4000 levels out in Soda, please make sure that you are using Soda. Which version of the game are you using?

Hi @Michael_Dyess I'm sorry to hear that you did not get the levels on Friday, there appears to have been an issue with the release. We've looked into it and it should be resolved now, please let me know if you can still not access the new levels.
