Connie... Delete the game from Facebook Apps. Clear your Browser Cache and your temp files. Log Out of Facebook. Wait a minute. Log back in. Go to the game. Click play, when asked, say Yes, I want to play on Gameroom. Download Facebook Gameroom. Play the game.

You can not delete your progress or start a new game account. You can, however, get another Facebook Account and start a new game on that.
