Why is this fix taking so long? It’s ridiculous

When will this supposed new version with the fix be released? I haven’t received lives for weeks now. These constant issues are getting ridiculous. I’m also in the test group of max 5 sugar drops. So yeah I’m getting pretty done with this game that I’ve been playing for years.

I’m in the stupid lab test group of only getting 5 max sugar drops and it’s awful. I usually play during the few breathers I get during my 10-12 hour workday so there’s not much free time to rack up the 180 needed. Now it takes forever. @Pummy_Raj, mine finally reset & immediately went into the 8 hour cool down mode. After the 8 hours I could get Sugar Drops again but the marks are jumping all over the place with each turn & not giving boosters: it goes from the 24 mark to the 60 mark & now the 36 mark. Hi @Pummy_Raj I am not getting anymore boosts after the 36 bunch. It did not give me the 60 bunch Sugar drop boost. I keep trying & playing levels with Sugar drops & it just keeps collecting them without resetting or giving any boosts. The Candy jar does keep mixing on each of these levels. Not sure what you’re referring…

I am now having the same issue. I’m playing on my iPhone. Have tried all suggestions of logging out, playing other Sugar drop levels, etc. No success. Screenshot attached
