Hey there, What platform are you playing on first of all? If you have a King account (with your email) but accidentally logged in with Facebook, you can just logout from the Facebook account in the ⚙ Settings, and log back with your King account.

Hey there, To transfer your progress in the game - if you're playing on Mobile or Windows, simply logout from your account and make a King account using the same email address as your Facebook account. Then the progress should sync for you in the game.
