@Cezdiamond hi, yesterday it was suddenly fixed after several months of errors. Today I updated to the latest iOS version and it is broken again. Frustrating.

As far as I can see, this forum is useless for this issue. Nobody is giving a solution and a superstar says that she rathers see the error message than the stupid adds. What a helpful response :/

Same thing happens to my iPhone 7 in ALL King games that have the watch video option. Not only Candy Crush Saga. 

Hi Gregg, I have seen your post after looking for solutions to this issue, as I have the same problem happening to all King’s games on my iPhone 7. You are right: there are other posts on this and no solution is given. Have you managed to solve it? Thanks!

Sorry, Elsa, but with a little search, you can see that there are other posts with this issue. Please go to "Still Getting Video Not Available Candy Crush Sega" which is a post that comes from another one. It seems that nobody from king is replying:(

BTW, this is happening to me in all King games, not just Candy Crush Saga. 

Yes, a response would be appreciated, as we can’t benefit from the boosters as all do. Thanks!

Same problem as Elaine_G I also have an iPhone 7 and everything’s updated. Problem continues.
