Try force-closing and reopening the game and then playing one level. If after doing that you are still seeing the padlocks, try tapping on them, sometimes this allows you to claim the reward. If nothing works, you will have to contact Support for compensation.

You haven't won the gold yet @mohdfarooq12 . The Winter Cup tournament has four rounds, and only the winner of the final round (which is scheduled to start on January 4th) will be awarded the gold.

The bubblegum needed to open the locked boxes was supposed to be produced by the magic mixers, which are absent on your screenshot because you have already destroyed them. You had to wait until the mixers spawn enough bubblegum before doing that. Now your only option is to replay the level and play more carefully this…

interactions with color bomb and CB+CB combination: unknown A double supercharger combo removes all four sprinks (each of the two blasts removes two sprinks). Ice blocks appear to have 8 durability, and a Sprink is released after it loses 2/4/6/8 durability. That makes perfect sense, thank you!

I see. I had the opportunity to test those features back in the day, and all of them except Sprinks' Nests appeared in the game afterwards. I was wondering if Sprinks' Nests have started popping up as well.

I think her 'the ice only reacts to direct hits' means that only hits that are perpendicular to the Sprinks count as a hit.
