I already answered this, with all my information. I have no idea where the post has gone, but I cannot find it now. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Android version 9 no software updates available, no updates available on Play Store for CCS. Done all the things that have been suggested on here.

Oh, FYI I also got a free spin on the wheel to win moves and again, that made the game close, so ita not just the ads it seems.

No worries, I just did everything again and when I clicked play I got one of the balloons come up so I clicked on that and again, when I got to watch it closed CCS. So, it appears something is wrong with the advertisements as none of them seem to be playing and all ads are closing the game. Let's hope they can fix this…

My device is up to date and I have plenty of free data space, this has been doing this since the Hallowed Tower side game was put on there. Yes, I have read about the same problems others are having, so I would say that it needs to be fixed at your end. Thanks

There's still something wrong with Candy Crush Saga, every time I click on events and then click on Secret Cinema I press open and then press watch and it immediately closes the game. I have cleared my cache and restarted my phone, but it's still doing it. There's got to be something wrong somewhere as all these problems…

Thank you, I did log out and restarted my phone, but CC still kept closing after I did that. I left it for about 30 minutes and then it was OK, so don't know what was wrong with it. Bit annoyed I lost lives and couldn't claim my boosters though.
