Hello Mary, Have you tried to log in to your old account, the one you used prior to connecting to Facebook. Let me know, Johnny I have been connected via Facebook for some time. I don't recall any old account details. I was required to login again via Facebook & lost my progress. If I cannot regain I will give up the game
