OK - this needs sorted. Getting really cross as I'm on level 4039 and have spent quite a bit of money getting here so feel aggrieved that this issue is taking so long to resolve. Please can we have some answers as to why this isn't loading correctly.

Yep - having the same problems as above. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled several times (losing gold bars, etc every time) and it's been ok until I've stopped playing but as soon as I start it again the original problem is back.
