My game too keeps freezing for no apparent reason. I am losing lives as well as boosters used mid-game. This has been happening for at least 3 days now. I hope it will be sorted soon as it’s really annoying.

I have three Olivertos in my Jelly Streak at the moment with scores of 1499, 399 and 266. I have scored 1 so far this morning. This has happened before therefore I do not stand a chance of competing when ridiculous scores are shown.

Hello, when there was a problem with Season Pass a couple of weeks ago where it just disappeared, I contacted player support to tell them I had almost finished and would miss out on the UFO. I had a reply within a few hours and they kindly sent 25 gold bars to me as compensation. When the Season Pass was reinstated I was…

I contacted player support as I too lost the season pass although I was playing the standard game not the upgraded version. I have now been credited with 25 gold bars so thank you player support for your help.

Yes, happened to me too! I was not far off collecting the final rewards and it disappeared. Very frustrating!
