I contacted player support as I too lost the season pass although I was playing the standard game not the upgraded version. I have now been credited with 25 gold bars so thank you player support for your help.
Really disappointed that I didn’t receive ‘Don’t feed the Troll’ today although it showed up in my game Friday and Saturday. Hoping it’s not too late for it to appear today.
I have the same problem, should have received 10 gold bars for completing gold chocolate box today but didn’t receive my reward. Can you look into this please as it happened with another event in November and didn’t receive 40 gold bars. Gold bars are so useful but frustrating when not received. Thanks
I have a similar problem in that I have completed the gold chocolate box but cannot claim the reward including 10 gold bars. Message says connection issue and to restart the game. However, have tried this several times and same message keeps popping up. Game appears to be working for every thing else.
It appears that some players have received their 40 gold bars but I have still not received mine. Although QueenB says this issue has been resolved, I haven’t received my reward. Would you investigate further please. Thank you.
Hello, unfortunately no screenshot as once I clicked on claim 40 gold bars everything disappeared and did not receive any bars. However, at the same time apparently I did receive a three year badge. Sorry I can’t give you any more information but there were definitely gold bars available. Thanks in advance for your help.
I am no longer in an episode race for a few days now. My episode race disappeared and now although on level 5235, game says I must complete level 5241 before I can start race although I was in the middle of a race when it disappeared. Is this a new feature in the game?
