Yep this has happened to me too!! Seriously frustrated with this game now - I play a lot less than I used to because of it! I’m done - I’ll no longer pay out for little extras like I used to!

Ahhh why does everyone else say 5 now - it was 10 but most comments on my thread say five lives now. Whatever it is this has ruined the game. I used to love receiving lives and sending them to help others but now it’s crap. I used to bank my lives so that when I paid for a booster pack I had the lives to make it worthwhile…

From comments on here and in the help section. It send it’s only 10 lives you can receive but you can’t give any lives at the moment so can’t receive any!!!

Hi thanks for comments. I’ve read up on this and King have stopped you sending lives because players are only allowed five lives a day from friends now!!! It’s just another way for them to get us to spend more money. I’m so done with this game now! To do this to players is unacceptable.

Hi, you are not the only one I’m furious. I’m literally not getting anymore lives now at all. We should be able to give and receive as many from friends as we like. This is just another way to get us to spend money. Seriously guys, I think you need to reconsider this move as it’s made a lot of your very loyal players think…

This keeps happening to me, although once I did get the reward. It just seems when you complete the last one on the second level of the chocolate box it freezes and you lose your rewards!!! Very frustrating and wonder if it’s a ploy to get you to buy more bonuses yourself rather than winning them!! Cynical I know but…
